Former Minister of the Yarts touted as next liberal party leader.

Former Minister for the Yarts and long serving member of the Cheese Board Sir Les Patterson may contest the liberal party leadership later this week.
A surprise entry, a more clean living Sir Les says “…I’ve lost weight, I drink very little except at night and first thing in the morning — I’ve cut out drinking in the middle of the day.”
Sir Les began his career as the entertainment officer at the Brighton Le Sands RSL Club, becoming Cultural Attache to the Court of St James in London, via a stint as Minister for the Yartz and Chairman of the Cheese Board.
While he admits to having something of a PR problem, Sir Les believes he can turn that trend around “I want them (Australian voters) to realise that there’s no ill in me. I have a heart as big as a disabled toilet and people will know that.”
